With all the good reviews, I had to try this product 3 times before finalizing my opinion - and my opinion is that this air freshener is a waste of money.February 4th, 2014: received my first Carall air freshener - great smell - not overpowering. Created a very even, pleasant smell in the truck - but only lasted for about 3-4 days. The fragrance quickly diminished after day 4 - and if you consciously thought about it while inhaling, you may be able to smell it after 12 days - but then it was kaput.February 20th, 2014: received my second Carall - didn't smell when it was opened - didn't smell a day later - clearly defective.April 9th, 2014: received the third Carall - very light smell (albeit pleasant) - lasted about 2-3 days then nothing.As far as volume of space I wanted Carall to perform in, a 4 door crew cab pickup truck. Not an SUV - equivalent volume to many sedans. The Carall was placed in a cup holder not more than 3 feet from my head while driving.Again, based on reviews I thought I'd give this product a fair opportunity to perform - but it clearly did not. A waste of money.

The quality of the scent seems good - I personally didn't like the scent I ordered, a little more of a sweet fruity squash not a citrus squash. I wouldn't mind trying other scents from this company though.

I live in Puerto Rico and the weather here is warm and humid. In other words, the car gets very hot at day and there's still like 1/4 of the bottle left after 4 months of use. Normally air fresheners only last half of that time. In other terms, the smell is pretty good and not too strong, you won't get headaches because of the strong scent like other fresheners have.
